Soft on Crime

Dave Min claims to be tough on crime despite his voting record. In Sacramento, Dave Min is one of the leading advocates behind enhancing the rights of criminals. Min has supported allowing violent criminals to conceal their criminal records and allowing those accused of violent crimes to be released back into the community without bail.

Helping Felons

Dave Min voted to automatically seal many felons’ criminal records including those who commit domestic violence, making it impossible to know whether a convicted criminal has been hired to babysit or tutor our children.

Dave Min is endorsed by, and publicly embraces, the policies of a zealous left-wing organization that advocates extreme criminal leniency. This group advocates policies such as ending bail, lowering penalties for sex offenders, and policies that have led to smash-and-grab robberies at department and convenience stores across California.

Scott Baugh is a longtime champion for Orange County, where he has lived for over 30 years. Scott is a successful business owner and attorney specializing in the real estate, healthcare, energy and technology sectors. Baugh is also a former California State Assemblyman who served as Minority Leader.

Scott is an active leader in his community, having founded the OC Marathon Foundation, a local charity that has helped teach 40,000 young people about exercise and nutrition. Scott also founded an organization called Angel Force USA, which helps veterans overcome their struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts.

Scott has led to stop local crime and the rapid rise of drug overdoses. As Chairman of the Gang Reduction Intervention Program (GRIP), Scott works with law enforcement throughout the county to keep kids out of gangs. As a board member of the George T. Pfleger Foundation, Scott has played an instrumental role in helping his Orange County neighbors who are battling drug addiction.

Scott and his wife Wendy live in Huntington Beach. They have one son.
