Carl Marlinga is a known figure locally with a positive image. Attacks on Marlinga should focus on his ties to Kamala Harris’ radical policies, avoid focus on his corruption acquittal and especially any character witness testimony. It is important to highlight any issues where he is soft on immigration.
Voters will learn in late August how bad Kamala Harris is for Michigan manufacturing and how she will ban the sale of gas-powered cars. They will also be reminded of Rep. James’ military service and Michigan’s manufacturing roots.
