Bill Owens took a first class trip to Taiwan paid for by lobbyists.  "Owens and his wife roomed at $500-a-night luxury hotels and enjoyed fine meals"

 
This is against house rules.  Once details of the trip were uncovered through lobbyists emails Owens paid for the trip out of his own pocket.
